Cultural diversity and appreciation
Our employees recently came together to celebrate Onam, a traditional harvest festival originating from Kerala, India. Planned and organised by our employees, the event was a meaningful opportunity to share traditions and strengthen relationships while celebrating the cultural diversity that enriches our workplace. Onam is a festival associated with unity and gratitude. It brings people together through traditional clothing, music, activities and shared meals. During the celebration, all attendees had the opportunity to experience some of these traditions.
What made the occasion particularly special was the enthusiasm and effort of the employees who organised it. From planning the programme to preparing the decorations and coordinating the activities, the event reflected teamwork and a genuine desire to share an important part of their culture with colleagues. We reinforce our commitment to a workplace founded on mutual respect and inclusion by acknowledging and celebrating diversity. We believe that learning about the cultures represented across our organisation strengthens collaboration and brings our teams closer together.
We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to planning the Onam celebration and all those who participated with such enthusiasm. The event was a wonderful reminder that although our employees come from many different backgrounds, shared experiences allow us to celebrate as one team.
